Minors
The Department of LL&C recognizes a selection of minors (both internal and interdisciplinary), all of which require at least 16 credit hours. Minors are highly recommended although not required for the completion of the Bachelor's degree. LL&C majors can not take LL&C minors (Communication, French, or Literature) if it will duplicate core requirements.
Students may choose to take courses to form a minor in an area of interest or opt to complete a set of courses with a coherence based on subject, methodology, or other factors. Courses for the minor may not be taken as Pass/No Credit.

At least one course in this minor must be at the 4000 level.
A student wishing to develop a minor should consult with the advisor for that minor to develop a plan of study.
